A handmade luxury nail maison
A letter from the founder
For some time, I worked as a financial auditor at one of the world's Big 4 professional services firms in Manhattan, walking into beauty and nail companies on behalf of someone else's curiosity. From an auditor's seat, you see something else too — the architecture of an industry. The categories that exist. The ones that don't. The shape of what is missing.
Every company I audited was, at its core, a mass-production operation. The work was excellent — efficient, consistent, exportable. But there was a category I never once encountered: the small house. The maker who finishes each piece by hand. The brand that says, we will make less, and we will mean it more.
LittleMuse was built into that gap. We are not a Parisian house pretending to a Korean accent, nor a Korean export draped in French. We are a maison in the literal sense — a house, made by hand, with two languages spoken inside it.
